British Petroleum Hungary has moved its headquarters to the 20000 sq. meters office at the Agora Hub Budapest, an area that encompasses state-of-the-art offices with high-quality services and surrounded by gardens, green spaces and outdoor places to meet. The company wanted to create an office space focus on the wellbeing of the employees and at the same time aligned with the goals of modernization, corporate values and sustainability (low emissions).
BP offices comply with all the characteristics of the "smart office" concept, promoting an efficient, healthy, sustainable and team work environment. The employees have 250 meeting and creative areas and wellness rooms (for relaxation, fun ...). From DVM Group they have combined ergonomics with the latest in design and technology to promote well-being and collaboration.
The more than 2,000 lockers in BP offices have been equipped with Enkoa's smart lock for lockers in collaboration with Assa Abloy Global Solutions. Enkoa's workplace locker locks are invisible and allow contactless opening, as well as monitoring the status of the lockers (occupied / free) in real time and checking the latest events at the lockers.
Given the increase in teleworking and the reorganization of workspaces towards a reduction of fixed desks, storage systems for employees with smart locking system are highly demanded. In addition, online locker status monitoring allows to obtain more information about the behaviours of employees in terms of teleworking and office attendance.
It is worth mentioning that the BP Agora office has received the award for Sustainable Office of the Year.
