Development of a low-cost, automatic and unattended animal identification and weighing system that allows the monitoring of the weight of livestock as well as the management of livestock farms in a more efficient way.
Enkoa has participated in this project together with Batura mobile and Behi-alde (business group of the agri-food sector in the Basque Country) as well as with Isea S.Coop. (Agent of the Basque Science and Technology network of the Basque Country).
This project is included within Enkoa's diversification efforts towards the bio-agri-food sector, which is expected to have great growth in the coming years.
