In compliance with the law (UE) 2016/679 of the European Union and the council of the 27th April 2016 and its implementing regulations, ENKOA informs https://www.enkoa.com/ (hereinafter web) web users about the treatment of the personal information provided during the access and use of the web and in the relationship with ENKOA.

By accepting the present Privacy Policy, the user is informed and gives free, informed, specific and unequivocal consent, for the personal information provided freely through our web, email address or contact form to be treated by ENKOA.

The data requested in the Web forms is generally obligatory (in which is indicated) to fulfil stablished goals. Therefore, the refusal to fill in with the required data in the form or providing incomplete or inaccurate data would cause non assisting the query/request, an inaccurate, wrong or inadequate assistance, but without detriment of the free visualization of the web content by the user.

  • For enabling the management of the business relationship with customers and suppliers, for the agreement achievement.

How long do we keep your data?

Data provided through the “contact form “ of the Web:

We will retain your data for the required time to reply your request/enquiry and once finished, for the prescription period of the legal actions originated from the enquiry.

  • If there is a contract based relationship, your data will be kept for the duration of our contract relationship, as well as the required period in order to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

  • For the Curriculum Vitae sent by the users, data will be kept for a year.  After that period and if the user doesn’t take part in a recruitment process of Enkoa, the personal information received and the used support will be deleted. 

Who do we share your data with?

With a general extend, there is no prevision to share data with third parties, unless legally is required.

User responsibility

The user guarantees that the data provided to ENKOA is accurate, complete and updated. In that sense, the user is responsible for the veracity of the information given and will keep updated the provided information, so it corresponds with the current situation.

The user guarantees that has informed third parties which data had provided, about the aspects related to this paper. The user guarantees as well that has obtained the authorization from third parties to communicate their data to ENKOA for the indicated aims.

The user will be responsible for the false or inaccurate information provided on the web and the damages that may cause to ENKOA or to third parties.

Exercise your rights

The user can send a letter to ENKOA, to the address indicated in the above header of the Privacy Policy, attaching a copy of the id, free of cost, in order to:

  • To withdraw the given consent.

  • To get information if ENKOA is treating personal information or not.

  • To access to personal information.

  • To rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.

  • To erase personal information when anyhow ,the data is no longer necessary for the indicated aim.

  • To restrict the use of the personal information when a requirement of the data protection data is fulfil.

  • To data portability where legally applicable, user have the right to have the personal data that have provided to us be returned.

  • To file a claim in the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos www.agpd.es or C/ Jorge Juan nº 6 - CP/28001; Madrid, when an inappropriate data treatment or a right infringement by ENKOA is happened.

ENKOA will keep the user personal information strictly confidential and protecting the duty of secrecy regarding these data. In compliance with the law of RGPD and other applicable laws, ENKOA has adopted technical and organizational measures to guarantee the data security and to prevent the alteration, loss or non- authorized access or treatment, considering the state of the art, data nature and the exposed risks.
